What is your commission and what services are included?
Our fee is 3% of the sales price plus a $995 administration fee. If you are selling this includes expert staging guidance, 24/7 administrative support, professional photography + videography, strategic pricing, and full digital marketing services—plus Erica's and the team’s trusted negotiation and concierge-level communication every step of the way.
