Known for his high-touch approach, extensive market knowledge, and genuine devotion to his clients, Kyle’s the one you want to advocate on your behalf during the real estate process. As a licensed agent since 2011 and a member of Max Brook Detroit office since its inception, he’s reached $60M in career sales and is consistently ranked among the top-selling agents. In 2022, Kyle and Erica collaborated on the sale of the Ransom Gillis House for an impressive 1.85M. He also led a record-setting sale of the penthouse at The Book Cadillac Residences, closing the deal at $1.8M.
In addition to supporting Detroit locals and transplants in finding their perfect home, Kyle loves working alongside his wife and business partner, Erica. (Yes, this Erica!) He’s a Detroit sports superfan and Lions season ticket holder. Kyle’s also an avid golfer, having played on some of the world’s most iconic courses, such as Pebble Beach and TheTree Farm. In the years since, Abbey has processed over 300 real estate transactions – nearly $140M in sales volume. Since joining the team in 2019, Abbey has managed everything from contract preparations and MLS listings to escrow processing, website updates, and email marketing. With the rest of the team in the field, she’s at the command center, keeping business flowing in real time — and her impact on our client’s success can’t be overstated.
In addition to managing all client transactions, she works closely with Erica on the continued growth of the Meet Erica brand while maintaining the highest standard of services.
