Hope you all had a fun day either celebrating Valentine’s Day with your sweetie or treating yourself to some glorious, solo self-care!! I was in Naples, Florida for the past week, spending some quality time with my husband and in-laws — don’t worry, we were all very, very safe :)
This month, I’ve been spending every Monday night at 5 PM EST on the Clubhouse app where I chat about all things social media and branding for realtors! It’s hard to put into words how much fun I’ve had, so rather than try to fully explain - join me! I’ve already seen so much growth on social from it, so I encourage you to try it out too! (Even if you aren’t a realtor, bc there are tons of topics to listen to!)
WHAT IS IT❓Clubhouse is a free, voice-based social media app where people discuss predetermined topics or whatever’s on their mind in “rooms.” It’s a bit like being on a semipublic Zoom call with all the cameras turned off! The conversations feel like a mixture of TEDx talks and conversational podcasts.

Last, but not least 💕DRUMROLL PLEASE 🥁…It’s only February and I’ve already closed $3.1 million this year with $1.6M pending and $1.9M in active listings! As always, if you guys need me, I’m here and so ready to assist you with the local metro Detroit real estate market. Now is definitely the time to SELL, SELL, SELL…for example, just last week I wrote an offer 25K over asking and we waived the appraisal inspection and STILL didn’t get the home. I wrote another offer sight unseen and got that one.
