I’ve been heavily dedicated to organically growing my local network on social media for years, and it’s paid off for my sellers, big time. With the dizzying amount of information available to those shopping for real estate, I’m keenly aware of the need to stand out from the crowd. What buyers see online determines which properties they choose to see in person.

I develop custom media packages and promotional and positioning strategies for each listing and have a proven track record of achieving results. Every home is special and has a unique story; I meticulously craft a narrative showcasing the features buyers want to see so they can picture themselves as new owners. I spend more to hire only the best photographers and videographers in metro Detroit and utilize an in-house media team to get in front of the largest buyer pool possible.

While the average Realtor waits until a home is listed in the MLS to start marketing and then waits for buyers to come to them, my marketing process is proactive and starts the minute you sign the listing agreement. Social media advertising is a primary component of my strategy and what sets me apart. A custom social marketing campaign is created for each listing that reaches tens of thousands of potential buyers and generates hundreds of clicks per day on your listing’s webpage.

Our Process

  • We always start with a visit to your home. I've been in the business long enough to know that every three-bedroom ranch on the same block is not necessarily created equal. By walking through the property, we can consider the Buyer’s perspective.

  • We’ll provide a thorough and detailed analysis of your home’s value, including recent comparable sales, suggestions for your home prior to marketing, closing cost estimations, and more.

  • Once you’re ready to move forward with getting your house on the market, we’ll sign a listing agreement and send you the disclosures required by state law to complete electronically.

  • If we choose to utilize staging, our professional partners can transform your home in mere days. Otherwise, we’ll make any recommendations necessary to make your home shine in our listing photography and videography.

  • We’ll schedule our professional photographers and videographers for listing media, including aerials, floorplans, room measurements, and/or community amenity media as needed.

  • We'll have our media back within 24 hours and will complete a final review of the most recent market activity once we are able to visualize the listing. The list price is always your decision.
